Could you survive without the internet and tv for a year

i could, tv more so then internet, since i keep in touch with my daughters and sister through emails. however, i would just go back to writing letters and using the phone more. as for evenings, i like to read, and i scrapbook, so i could find something to do, and could still listen to the radio.
