Craigslist is it safe?

I have a bunch of stuff from a leftover garage sale this summer.I really do not want to deal with the hassle of something like Ebay or the fees involved.Alot of the things I have are good quality and in good condition.Do you think Craiglist is a safe place to sell some things?How would you go about selling,would you have the buyer meet you halfway verses at your home?have you had a positive expirence selling on Craigslist?Thank you for any replys:)

I have used craigslist a few times and you get alot of scam artist trying to con you. You have o be really careful and don't accept anything but cash is my best bet. If you have to meet them it would be best to meet in a public place with lots of people. These are just a few sugestions.

A friend of mine is doing this and it seems to be going well. I have used Craigslist for other things, including hiring employees. It has (mostly) worked out well for me. I say go for it!

I think its ok to sell things on craigslist........you just post it on craigs list that you have things to sell if possible take the pictures of those things and put it on some site and give the link......ask the people to come and see the things ....if they want they will buy it...
