b. when i feel gloomy
c. when i feel bored on the things i kept on doing
d. when there's no more exciting thing to do

I like to listen to music and get away from the world when I am feeling blue. Sometimes I just curl up in a big ball and go to sleep. I like also to go to the beach or for a nice walk in the park. I try and surround myself with beauty that is in life on an everyday basis. It is always there if you look for it.

I like to exercise especially when I'm down or feeling blue. I guess by running I feel that I'm doing something productive and mind-clearing. It helps take my mind off my problem and focus on something else. Then when I do starting thinking about my problems again, I look at them with a renewed energy and try to find solutions to my feelings.
