How to increase the star rating.

Hello, luoke1. The star next to your name means your rating. People will rate your responses, comments and your discussions accordingly to its quality. If you post content that is does not have much quality, they will rate you negatively, and, consequently, your rating star number will decrease. However, if you spend your time posting quality information here in myLot, people will give you a plus in the rating. This will help you getting higher numbers in your star. Therefore, the only way to increase it is by making good posts. Explain things, be clear to all, and dedicate yourself. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

i dont know how to but i think you must make a lot responses/discussion..

Hi luok31, I am relatively new to myLot myself. From what others have told me, if you post quality posts, keep your posts to a minimum of 3 to 5 lines, and participate frequently it will increase ur rating. When I hit the 100 mark my star rating was at a 7, which as y0ou can see I am still at. I always do my best to provide thoughtful and informative posts. Plus like I have done for you, if I do not the answer 100% for sure, but other people on mylot have given me information, I always make sure to say that it is what I have been told from fellow mylotters. This way I give credit where it is deserved instead of taking credit for information I did not know myself.
