I need peoples opinions!

That is a very beautiful picture and worth selling. Maybe you should place them on ebay and earn some money. But if it has sentimental value, you should hang it on your special spot.

I think your painting is really wonderful!!! Are you going to keep it for yourself? Give it as a gift? Sell it? I think if you give it as a gift you should give it to someone who likes dogs..or water.. or fishing.. or something related to the painting. Great job and I hope you post more of your future work!

Hi mama, Wow! it is beautiful and so touching. I so admire people who can paint, I have always loved looking at pitcures, but when i try my hand at it... looks like abstract, when meant to be realist...lol I find your picture similar to james lumbers, (without the ghost) They only thing i am not to sure of? you said two dogs? but i thought i saw three, double checked and am sure there is a darker dog on top of older dog in back ?? I only mention/question this because, it is one of the umm things i noticed because it throws off the other two dogs, and the thought-or whatever-consistancy of two people.. two dogs.. just a observation - opinion... But , as you asked for honesty there ya go. Otherwise as i said, a beautiful, touching picture, keep at it, and remember sometimes less is more j

Wonderful job mamalovestoread =) you should for sure start a gallery where you sell your work if all of it is at this sort of level... wish i could paint that beautifully =) if you want some real opinions you need to ask an expert on the topic though. Try joining art forums and post photos of your work there for some useful feedback =)
