do u watch the biggest loser, i do and i wonder if i wold do good on it i am only 179 but i am 5'10 so i am aveerage and i just needa get toned up.

I haven't watched it lately. But I used to watch it all the time. I weigh about 185 but I am shorter than you: 5"4, so I actually have a bit of weight to lose. I too have wanted to go on that show before but I don't think I weigh enough. Contestants before who start out less than 200 usually don't last long. But that show does motivate me whenever I watch it.
