who wants to quit smoking

i do but i don't smoke.lol. everyone out there who's smoking should quit before your health gets worse.

smoking is dangerous to our health so the expert says,my dad has been smoking for over thirty years and wanted to quit pls advise him

ive been cutting down for a while now i am or was a heavey smoker ive cut it down a lot with the intetion of stopping altogether its not an easy task but im trying hard at the moment

I have been smoking for about 8 years and yes, it is extremely hard to quit. About 2 years ago, I quit for about a month. Then I had a very stressful situation happen and started up again and haven't quit again since. I feel like it's my mind that is hooked not my body. I try to chew gum or chem on a toothpick, keep myself busy, but so far nothing has worked. I'm thinking about going on the patch to see if that will help.

I don't smoke, but my husband does, and I wish HE would quit. I don't think he wants to though!

I quit awhile back by using Nicorette gum. It really did help with the cravings and as long as I had the gum I was fine. One other thing that helped me is to quit on a day when I didn't need to go anywhere for 2 - 3 days. That way I avoided the temptation of stopping at a 7-11 for pack if I was out somewhere.

I would like to quit. But it isn't easy.

I never smoked in my life. I am almost 30 now and i never tried. Many people tried to persuade me to start smoking but i resisted. I dont like the smell, i dont like the smoke, I dont like nothing about it. I mean that I am not against the people who smoke and I always stay with them. But I still dont think that smoking is good. So better stop it.

I quit in Aug. when we found out we were expecting a baby. Best thing i ever did. I don't know if i would have been able to if not for being pregnant though. I still have many moments where i want to just pick it up again.
