How do you rate your health condition now??

I believe that health is wealth and many are agreed with this sayings. I am also rated myself on what condition I am now as talking to health. We invest a lot of money just to have a good health like eating those foods esp. fresh vegetable and fruits, spending time for exercise and gadgets, buy those pills and natural medicines to make our body fit and many more. And now friends as we believe health is wealth.. How do you rate your health condition right now?? I'm gonna rate mine as 8. Rate from: 0-10 Happy rating friends!!

i would say i'm pretty health right now. I don't drink soda, not too big of a junk food eater (but certain times i am lol) I exercise daily by walking and i jog couple times a week, lift weights and sometimes through in some yoga and i eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables also on a daily bases. i drink a lot of water too, actually thats all i really drink is water. so i would say i am 8 1/2 out of 10! i don't think anyone can ever fully be 100% healthy though lol but thats just me

You really a healthy person having that activities and kind of foods to eat was really good and take note you have discipline in yourself. For me to give you rate is perfect! How hard to do exercises. I'm lazy doing that. Thank you friend to your response and have a great day!

yes friend its true that the Healt is Wealth and taking fresh and seasonal fruits are really very much required for maintain the health and lot of people invest a lot of money just to have a goof health but as far as my self is concern I would like to give only 5 points since i don't spend much money on fresh food and much time invest on vegitables and all that I only invest money on homely food means just try (if available)fresh vegitables only for preparing the foods on home only and also don't bother about spendig extra time on excercise yeah only think about the fresh air and by following all these rules I think I should only give 6 points to my health .One thing I am trying to understand what exactly health , is that innocent poeple who live in small villeges but live 100 years of life or the people who live in metro city and follow all the rule of maitaining healt instead of that they facing lot of problems like heart attack ,cancer and like other measure diseases ....

Everything is fine and okay as what you do because as of now it was hard to produce lot of money. Just try to eat them at least once in awhile if you have extra money and don't forget positive way thinking adds life. The folks in the villages are differ from the people who live in the city. Imagine there is no air pollution in rural areas of there are less air pollution unlike in the city too much air pollutions like smoke of vehicles and so on. So the people who inhaled the air become sickly. Thanks to your reply friend and hope you will more healthy this coming year 2009!

Hi there friend. I believe i am worth of 8 for rating as i am perfectly fine now, but i have my issues in general. I have some fixed teeth, so that makes me drop a little, i also had and appendices operation when i was younger and i also had an ear disease that i don't know what is called in English when i was younger.

Hi mods, I think i am just in the middle maybe 5 for i want lose some weight alteast 5 lbs, for i am getting bigger now. and also i want to trim down my waistline for my old pants doesnt fit anymore. This year i am not active in the gym so i guess i should go back and enrolled again.

I think my health is around 6-7. I have allergic rhinitis and it kind of bothers me a lot because i keep sneezing everyday without miss. Plus i also sleep way too late so i'm most of the time dizzy but other than that, i'm healhty. I don't drink and smoke so i guess that's a big plus for my health. I minimized my consumption of fatty food so that's another plus. Maybe i'll reach 8 soon because i just started my exercise program at home as my new year's resolution.

I have never been comfortable with those 0 - 10 rating systems. I can never figure out just where on the scale I should place my choice. For me either something is or is not there are no measurable degrees to be considered. That being said, my health is not good. I had polio when I was an infant and that made changes in my spine. Most of my adult life I have been in pain and as I get older my health gets worse.

Don't worry even I didn't see you I know what you feel 'coz I have two sister with the same problem like you on the first thing happened to them was they are disappointed but later they accept the reality. My health is pretty bad. I'm out of shape and don't do any exercise. I eat bad stuff and I smoke. I'm improving slowly though. 1. uninsured my car and now I walk to work most days. 2. I've been eating at home more often and so less junk food. 3. I quit smoking. Today will be day 10. 4. I'm working on getting more sleep. 5. I'm seeing a chiroprator about my back and stretching daily.

I think my rating would have to be a 4.5 because I am very obese right now. I am 254 pounds! And five feet and five inces. Should be about 135-140 I believe. Not good. But I am starting a exercise regime and eating much better. Has to be a life time thing. No happy rating here. But hopefully in the Spring and Summer of 2009 things will look up considerably. Wish me luck!

Oh my friend your eally get fat right now but don't worry you will become what you are thinking about just always designed it in your mind that you need to be 135lbs. Hmmm I'm assuming 10 is the best? Then I guess I'd have to rate my health a 4. It sucks too, but there isn't alot I can do about it. Thanks to multiple health conditions which have disabled me I'm stuck at home unable to exercise much (I can't catch my breath) and I'm on oxygen and alot of meds. Yup, did I mention it sucks?

I would say I am about at an 8 right now. I excercise at least 5 times a week. I go the gym for strength training and run. I have completed a few marathons and half marathons. I am currently training for the Nashville marathon in the end of April. I can't wait for that run. I also take a multi vitamin and protein shakes after hard work outs. I know I can be in better shape, but I am not uncomfortable with the shape I am in now. If anyone is running the Nashville marathon, send me a message. I think is would be cool to meet a fellow mylotter sometime. Take care and stay healthy everyone.

Yes sure friend I will inform you if there is anyone joining in that marathon. You really a healthy person and joining in marathon is not just easy it produces a lot of effort and you need to be strong. How hard to run it make us tired. I agreed to the saying that health is wealth. A healthy person does not need to spend on medical bills. I too spend a pretty lot of money on maintaining good health with fruits, juices and supplementary diet, exercising and massaging gadgets. I am not a disciplined person in exercise so I am rating my condition as 7, not too promising, will do better.

I think just now my health condition is around 7 to 8... As just now i am 26 i am having so much energy which i can maintain by daily exercise and gym workouts.. Also i always have fresh veges.. and fresh fruits rather then the dull ones available in the market... But still no one has perfect 10, as there's always a 20% chances of the natural effects on your body resistance according to weather and all other stuffs...

I would say mine is in the range of 9. I am a smoker, but I take Vitamin C which is important more to smokers, becausesmoking depletes this vitamin. I have taken control of my life by losing and keeping off over 32 pounds which lowers my risk of developing Diabetes and Heart disease (both in my family). I eat for the most part healthy. I choose more of the healthier foods when making my favorite meals. I try to laugh more than get angry. I keep up with medical information not only because it helps me out at work, and with my parent's health bu my own as well. I know I can always improve my health more, but I know I have already done a lot. And I know deep down things are possible. When you are ready for this.

I guess I would think of my health as being absolute tops! I guess I exercise three times per week and my body feels like elastic! The only problem is, I'm not eating nutritional foods! This is something I have to change I think! Andrew

I would say my health is around 2. Sorry for the downer. I am a healthy eater and do look after myself, but I have bad lungs now and cannot breath to well. Well I will not depress you with my woes. I am really glad you say "Heath is wealth". That is so true. Enjoy your health and make it stay this way. Take care mods.

i believe that i am in pretty good heath i do have diverticulitus , however that dont slow me doem unless it acts up, i dont smoke or dring so thats a pluse. i have had kidney problems while i was in high school but dang thats been a LONG time ago i feek i eat right and i dont exercise however i need to but i chase kids all do so i think of that as my exercise!!!
