I usually take bun or biscuit, which are supplied by my company. Or, sometimes, I will buy the fried noodle, or fried rice from the canteen food stalls. Occasionally, my colleagues will bring some delicious food from their home town. I like to have coffee during my afternoon break too, but once a while, I will drink tea.

Ya, it is Because it used to be a company owned by U.S. investors and they are bound to policies which take care of employee's right. Besides than the snacks provided, the company management are monitoring the food price of the canteen food sellers too, to ensure they do not exploit the employee by selling their food at an unreasonable price.

Thanks youless, for giving me the B.R. for this discussion. I didn't expect to get it but I am elated about having it. It's the year end closing and our company has planned for a temporary shut down during the last week of the year. Therefore, many people have started taking leave. So that, my afternoon-tea-break-mates are fewer and fewer. Therefore, it's less merrier with so little of people chatting during the tea break. I myself was so occupied with my works on-hand, and thus having a brief break with my friends too. I hope after new year, my work load will be lesser.

In the afternoon I am just about to have my biggest meal. I would have a snack around 8pm. what would I have? I would have either soft pretzels or potato chips or something sweet like cookies or cake.

Always a piece of fruit my friend, I think you can guess what particular fruit I have eaten as we have mentioned it before! It's yellow there's a small clue! and it's not a lemon, although I have eaten grapefruit in the Summer months, but this fruit you can get all year round! I will also have a couple of digestive biscuits which I like to dip into my coffee!

Usually I will have a toast or some biscuits with some tea or coffee. I don't get to have tea break very often but when I do, I make sure I have some nice things to freshen me up! *smiles*

I don't really have a tea break in the office... because i don't come to work early... and i usually leave early too... so i just eat my snack at home... but in the past when i still work with regular hours... my tea break was composed of a sandwich and soda... nothing more...

not my habit to have afternoon tea.
Usually busy with work to be bothered by afternoon tea.
If I ever take a break in the afternoon, it will just be a drink. Sometimes coffee, sometimes tea, but most times water.
Otherwise, it is a quick look at mylot before hitting the work list again.

Hello youless. If I have tea break, I would like to eat snacks like peanuts, fried green bean and bread. But in fact, I don't have tea break. I drink tea when I work in the school. Back home, I drink some plain water or orange juice or milk etc. Good night, youless.
