stay or leave home

well,im a postgraduate student now and i will graduate next year.there is a question about my job.i have lived here for 21 years with my parents.and my university is also located here.apart from travelling,i never have stayed in another place for more than a week.so shall i stay here to find an ordinary job with my parents or leave here for a more promising job?leaving means i must leave from my parents.they are getting old and im the only child,im so worried about their health.but staying mean i wont get a better career.so which shall i choose?
