What is intra personal personality skills??

HI peach, I used to have a research study on multiple intelligence before in my high school years. As far as I could remember, there were 7 then. Now I think there's more. One of these is INTRAPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE alongside INTERPERSONAL, SPATIAL,MUSICAL,MATHEMATICAL,LINGUISTICS etc. Interpersonal is your ability to work well with your peers, or in team sports, or anything which pertains to you involved in a group-based activity. INTRAPERSONAL refers to your skills in performing tasks which involves you as a single person, your ability to know yourself a lot than you can with others. INTRAPERSONALLY INTELLIGENT PEOPLE know themselves best, their preferences, their likes and dislikes, but can perform rather poorly if mixed with a group, or team. He does things best when he does it alone. That's how I understand it.

Intra personal skills pertains to the skills that you can perform. For example, you are good in swimming,playing basketball and more.It depends on you of what kind of skills you can perform.
