i dont know how to retrieve the pass , but i can tell you how to change it. restart pc in safe mode. then you can change the admin pass normally by going to control panel. i havent tried this but most people prefer this. hope it will work for you.

i dont have the administrator password, how i get to login and go to control panel ?
