Physical fitness has a huge effect on your self confidence. By getting in shape, you energize yourself,and accomplish something positive.
1. Change one food a month
Dieting is a total waste! It's not sustainable it's hard to change everything about your diet overnight for the long haul.
But changing one food every month is easy.Simply change one food in your diet each month and get used to it. It's that easy!
2. Say No to Mayo
Jam-packed with fat — that's mayonnaise! Butter and cream cheese are the same. Use a healthier alternative like canola-oil margarine.
3. Hell with Juice
Juice is fruit without fiber -what's left is sugar! Eat whole fruits instead. Toss the juice, bring on the fruit.
4. 'O Holy Water
It's the best drink out there! Instead of coffee or soda to wake you up,drink cool water. We drink water here at the Boostle office all day long.

I have to disagree with you on the Mayo, and Butter. More than one doctor has said NOT to use margarine to me and to use natural butter as it is healthier, and to use Olive Oil or Coconut Oil made Mayonnaise which I make myself. But on the Juice your very right, same with the water.
Exercise is very important and must be done 3 times or more a week but it has to be aerobics 15-30 minutes not something easy. It takes time and we all get set backs due to illness or situations but get right back as soon as possible don't procratinate.

the best way to lose weight is to eat less and do lots of exerise. Sometime for some reason we are unable to eat less so I suggeat that you eat lotys of lamb which makes you get full in small amounts of food.
If nothing else works thn I suggest that you try drinking lots of chinese green tea. Or go to an indian supermarket and ask for "SAFI". both the tea and safi makes ine go to the loo a lot hance making you lose weight
