What annoys you the most when using public transport?

one - bus or jeepney (philippine public transport) that's filled up and still keeps admitting passengers until you are like sardines in a can two -seatmates and drivers with bad odor three- fare collectors who don't give appropriate change four- defective hand bars, or hand supports five- reckless drivers

well i guess i'm not the most tolerant person in the world so a lot of things annoy me. i take the MRT (subway / metro) to work everyday and i'm always getting annoyed. some mornings it'll be people who don't queue. i'd be waiting at the door and they'll just saunter up and cut right in front of me. some days i'll get the reading-newspaper people. it is really inconsiderate in a crowded train when everyone else is squeezed together while this fellow just open his full-size newspaper. another type of person that irritates me will be those who lean on the grab poles. i mean, doesn't the name tell them something? it's called a grab pole because it's meant to be grabbed at, not leaned on.

Hello, UK_Shree! What annoys me most when using public transport are the pissed off people. We all know it is pretty hard to be on a crowded bus. And, sometime, you will have to leave the bus. But people won't open passage for you, and sometimes, even when they do, the path is not large enough for you to go. So, you accidentally push some people around while trying to walk. Not like making them go far, but only touching them and trying to pass. They get all angry and start complaining. Why is that? They are on a public transportation. If they need comfort, why didn't they buy a car or pay a taxi? If it is because they can't, then they should get used to that. There is no way to pass in that small corridor without touching anybody. Things like that happens. It is also useless to complain. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

Annoying experiences in a public transport: 1. Reckless drivers who would drive as if they own the road and would not mind of the safety of passengers. 2. Overloaded bus 3. Smelly passenger 4. Passengers who would exchange stores so loud disturbing the others 5. Conductors who do not give change 6. Seat mate who would sleep and even snore loudly 7. Seatmate who would talk aloud in his/her cellphone 8. Drivers who would violate traffic rules and hence when apprehended by police the passengers are suffering delays and disturbances.

Here is a list of what annoys me about public transport. 1) Pickpockets - I do not condone dishonesty and these people are scoundrels. 2) Inconsiderate people - I see some people who are healthy and able not giving up seats for the women and the elderly. 3) People who lack good hygiene - Some people do not care to smell good. 4) Noisy people - Some people talk so loudly as if they were in a private vehicle. 5) People who do not give way - Some people do not move aside when people are entering / leaving the bus.
