What drives you to do what you are doing?

What is the motivating factor in what you are doing today? whether you are working, doing business etc? why are you doing what you do? For me, am working because I love my family and I know that they are depending on me to provide for their needs. I want to be able to give my boys the quality of life that I believe they deserve. I want them to have the best of everything that I can afford. How about you?
