Do you mean to hide your mobile number from the phone of the ones you're calling? and the unit you're using is SE W960i? I'm in the telecoms industry for 10 years now,here's my opinion. If your phone has this feature or option, then just use it. But I think it depends on your Network Operator. They have total control of the services you are using.I remember about 10 years ago when "caller id" is not a default feature for using mobile phones. If you want your caller id to appear on the other line and be automatically identified in the contact list, you have to pay for that. But as the mobile phones evolved, the caller id feature became a basic service. You can inquire w/ your mobile operator if the can suppress sending your phone number when you originate a call.
