Have you ever felt it time that you can make a better decision than the manager?

For me, I have always wanted Newcastle to play a 4-3-3 formation with Viduka, Owen and Martins as the attacking trio. This is to make up for the rather lousy midfield department in newcastle. A 4-5-1 would be cool too, in difficult situations.
How about you? Do you feel that you can make a better choice sometimes?

hey there !
Well, i think Newcastle should find a formation that works well for all the team, where there's cooperation and chemistry between the 3 lines.
It's the coach's job to bring out the best of his player, so let's count on him and see what he can do.
When playing against some teams, a suitable formation is needed, and when playing another team, you may need another formation also.
I watched Newcastle play the 4-5-1 against Chelsea in the Bridge, and they may not have the overall possession of the game, but they defended and played well all 90 minutes and looked dangerous when they had the ball, and eventually got the 0-0 draw.
It's not wrong to defend all the time!! I think it's the "SMART" thing to do in a football game when you don't have many options.
Just sit there and stay concentrated till you find the right moment and hit back!
Anyway hope all the teams play some wonderful football for us to enjoy!
