How to find customers for WEB DESIGN

Hi I am a web designer, specializing in designing logos, Banners and Buttons, and I can finish my work in normally around 3-5 Days. My charges are also very minimal, ($10-25), [b] but the problem is that I have not been able to find customers.
I have tried freelance websites, but they were of no help, it s a very time taking process over there. Is there a way i can find customers so that I can get work in the web designing arena?

I feel strange to see your discussion .
I have seen most of them finding customers from freelancing sites .
You are the first person who says it does not help .
I think you should try freelnacing sites again .

Well I tried sites like Scriptlance and Namepros, the problem is, they start an auction for a logo, people bid, and I dont know on what criteria, the person to be creating the logos is chosen.
but i do not deny the possibility of the fact that I might not be familiar with some better freelance website.
please care to mention in case you know, same follows for the rest of the responders.
