HOw did you cope with your new working environment?

Just stay calm, mature, humble and friendly. It is a reality that when someone is new, others feel an atmosphere of competition. Competition in getting the attention of the head or employer. That's why, they are very curious of the personality of the newly hired. Once you commit mistakes, there are some who will make it a capital to destroy you. However, as a good person, humility but steadfast is a good response to all of the doubts that exists in your work environment. Good luck to your new encounters!

yaa rey we cant cope up easily but it is not that much problem. U do one thing make all things perfect and according to u and be sportive in ur movements so that the other people only come and make u as friends this also improves ur selfconfidence. All the best friend:-)

well, its normal...but better to observe first and befriend everyone there. yeah, we can't please everyone but for sure you can please some of them..Be good to them and surely they will befriend you...

Like me,I also hate this working environment.Add two lions there will be the dry season Africa prairie.The weather is too hot and the envionment is too dirty.

Maybe you could just start making friends with anyone in your area, im sure theyre pretty mush excited to know you, i mean new face, and fellas. i do believe in groupings, thats why im pretty sure, they will surely meet you as soon as possible.
