keeping good health

These days no one have good health every one have some or the other health problems so eat healthy and balanced diet like sprouts,fruits,pulses,milk soon stop eating junk food. so that atleast with good eating habits we can control health issues related with the same.

Hello rakeshkumar! I like your ideas. That's really good to keep our body healthy. It would take a lot of challege to be healthy for i know the fact that a lot of goodies are good temptation. But i would try that. I just need to focus on self discipline to eat more healthy food. Thanks for great ideas.
