how to express your feeling to a girl that you love??

If you love this person that means that you should feel at peace speaking with them. Are you dating them or just know them from afar. Love is a strong word and if used on the wrong person it could cause you a lot of anquish. How long have you known this person and have you ever been more involved then just friends? Have you already taken your 'friendship' to another level via holding hands becoming boyfriend and girlfriend? IF not I strongly suggest you take things slow with this person. I'm the type of person to always say what I feel when I feel it but you have to choose when the right time is. First you have to build up that relationship so that person isn't caught off guard by you all of a sudden saying "I love you". If you have that type of relationship already established most people in any circumstances love to be swept off their feet. If this is a female perhaps you could do something romantic and take them out to a dinner then maybe give them a card with huge lettering I love you. Or you could write up a poem and slip it ot her. Or simply say it to her while looking in her eyes at the restaurant or even sitting down for a movie. Make it personal and look into their eyes when you say it. It will be the best "I Love you" ever :D If it's a male then still make it personal. Romantic dinner for two candle light something like that. Usually when the moods set its a little easier to say to the person. The main thing to say to you is to have confidence in yourself and what you feel. Well if you can't say it, express it in your actions. Action speaks louder then words. Just know her better start with a hi and hello.
