lemons... lemons are your friend. i found i had real bad morning (all day) sickness when i drank milk or ate any dairy product. So try to at least cut back on the milk a bit especially early in the morning and at night. The prenatal vitamins you should be taking would compensate for any calcium that you don't get from the cut back. Another is medicine. I had (have) it so bad that the mere smell of raw meat... or even some cooked foods have me racing to the bathroom to hurl... so my doctor prescribed something for that. So do talk to your doctor he/she will for sure be able to help you out ;) I used to slice up lemons and squeeze the juice in my mouth or eat the fleshy part... sour... but sure does help real fast... at least for me it did!

I had horrible morning, afternoon and oh, heck let's just say all day long sickness with my oldest and youngest. Both of them were really hairy babies. My sister-in-law experienced the same thing and had a hairy baby too. For the oldest baby I had to be on medication that worked great but was taken off the market. For the youngest I'd did a bit of "herbal remedy" which may sound horrible but if you aren't getting any nutrition, you do what you have to. He's a healthy 17 year old now. Speak with your doctor if the problem is really bad. Don't suffer through it if you don't have to.

Women really do have to endure a lot of stuff for their children. I also went through this, I can't hardly eat anything without having the need to throw up and I was so worried because instead of gaining weight because of the pregnancy I was losing it. Even the faintest smell that doesn't agree with me can me make me more sick. I experienced that from my 3rd month till almost 5th month but after that I quickly gained what needed to be gained. Sorry can't be much help but I do understand what you are going through and it will soon pass...

I feel your pain. I had horrible morning sickness when I was pregnant with my daughter, and the only thing that really helped strangely was spearmint-flavored gum and hard candies. I recently saw on the Food Network channel that there's a new product called Preggo Pops which have all natural ingredients to help with it. I haven't personally tried them, but it's just a thought.

I am sorry to have to tell you that unfortunately some pregnancies are just bad that way. The morning sickness (or as I liked to call it "all day sickness") never seems to abate, and no matter what you do it seems to be BAD. there is an anti-nausea medication out there that you can ask your doctor about (go to www.babycenter.com) but your doctor will probably advise you that non-medical approaches are always best. You have my heartfelt sympathy......I felt like I was being punished for something when I went through it. I suppose it should help a little to know that it will end.
