No. It's not a religious thing. I could drink it if I wanted to. It actually smells wonderful! I've even purchased Hazelnut coffee scented candles. But.........I can't stand to drink it!
Am I the only one? If you don't like coffee, then what is your choice of non-alcoholic drink?

You aren't the only one. I don't like coffee either. I like cappuccino though. I don't like to drink tea or iced tea either. I mostly stick to juice or soda. I kind of like the smell of coffee too. But I don't like the taste at all. I don't even like to kiss my husband after he has taken a drink of his coffee.

Hi rocket. I'm like you. I love the smell of coffee. It reminds me of when I was younger and my Mom would make it in the mornings. But, I don't like the taste of it so you're not alone. I don't drink it either. I prefer iced tea. Sometimes coke or pepsi products.

I know some people who do not drink coffee. I drink it every once in a while. I usually only drink it if I am cold or if I have a sore throat. I'm not one of these people who drink it everyday and all day. There is no way I could do that.

Nope, I'm not a coffee drinker. Maybe it is because my parent's never drank coffee. I have had it before of course, but I don't think the amount of times would even amount to ten. I prefer ice cold Coca-Cola, but in my attempt to drink less caffeine, I have found soda at my local health food store that I really like. It is Izze soda, with real fruit juice and sparkling water. It comes in a lot of flavors: Clementine, Blackberry, Grapefruit, Blueberry, Raspberry...it is quite good.

I love coffee but the flavoured coffee is just wrong in my world Yuck. I like my coffee black if I'm drinking home coffee. I find in a restaurant their coffee not being what I'm used to and the fact that they brew it a little stronger than I do, then I add a cream to it. That to me makes a good cup of coffee. There are people who just simply don't like it. I had to chuckle when you said it wasn't a religious reason because you have no idea how many people have told me that they would drink coffee because of religion reasons but little do these people know tea has as much or more caffine, and all the hot choclolate they drink. I was told hot chocolate has more caffine in it than coffee.

No, you are not the only person whom does not drink coffee. My husband and I do not. Nor do any of my real siblings or half brothers. I have never liked coffee. Nor have I like the smell of it. I have always thought coffee was over rated. I drink lots and lots of water. SOmetimes soda.

You are not alone! I am here! I don’t really drink coffee… Or let say I am not a coffee fanatics. I love fraps but sometimes, I ask them to decaf or simply tell them “no coffee beans” haha… its weird though I drink once in a while whether it is a hot coffee or a frapuccino.. since it’s good for the heart they say hehehe. Though sometimes, I can’t stop asking my mom why can’t she stop drinking coffee in the morning… you know.. just bugging her coz she can’t start her day right without having her coffee. So, don’t worry, you are not alone… Anyways, Happy Holidays and Happy Mylotting! Cheers!

You definatly aren't the only one. I enjoy a cup from Starbucks now and then but I can't drink regular coffee it has to be a cappachinno(?) or starbucks has a Cinnamon Dolce Latte that tastes very cinnamonnie lol and I love those. But I drink them so rarely. Maybe once a month or so. I hate the taste of regular coffee. It has to have something with it like the cinnamon flavor or somethign to overpower the nastiness of the coffee flavor.

I do not drink coffee or cappuccino either. I do not like the taste of coffee. It smells good brewing, but I do not like the taste of it. My mother tells me that when I was really little, to little for me to start remembering, that I drank coffee with my Daddy. I cannot remember this. And, I do not like coffee now. Good discussion.

Actually there's more of you out there somewhere..lol. I like coffee a lot. I guess I am addicted to it although there are times I think it's making me more nervous and my bones are weakening. Those are some of the bad effects of coffee. I rarely drink water. I have stopped smoking and drinks occasionally only so it's the only thing that keeps me going when I work at nights. It makes me more active. I don't allow my kids to drink coffee though and they don't want to either.

Hello rocketj1,
What's the reason why you can't stand it? I drink coffee too, but not very often. I prefer to drink water if possible. During breaktime, the only available drink in the vendo machine in our coffee and it taste great and so I drink with some friends. It's a good way to start the day but now I am trying to reduce my coffee intake and increasing my water take. It is more healthier because it's non fattening and it is really needed by the body. So I now prefer water instead of coffee or any other beverages.
Regards.

I love coffee but rarely drink it, as I have a problem retaining my urine. Coffee intensifies my problem.

You are definitely not the only one. Speaking for myself I adore coffee and drink way too much. I love Coke too so all in all I am probably not too healthy. Have you tried flavoured latte? I think it's yummi and there are quite a few flavours to choose from, but if you just hate the stuff so what? You've got to do what makes you happy in life, I think.

But You do drink tea, no? Black tea makes as much damages to Your body as drinking a coffee. Maybe even more.
First I tried coffee at the age of 9. From 12-19 I switched it to black tea. At 20 I again came back to coffee drinking, and still drink it. Only instead of black tea I prefer green tea.
That`s all.
