I pray all the time. because praying help you a lot and many way. So why not tried it tust me you will not wanted to stop.

as a catholic, praying is one of the usual routine that we have. I do pray every night before i sleep.
My prayers is not the usual prayer, its a personal prayer and its just like im talking to GOD and i would tell him what is happening with my life and anything under the sun. Actually, I cant sleep if i havent prayed, I mean, Im uncomfortable in bed that I cant really go to sleep right away. Maybe, its because its one of my routine during nightime.

I feel the some way when I dont pray it makes me feel the some way I feel uncomfortable to so try to keep up the good work. I will try to do better sometimes I get down on myself and forget but I want to pray everyday and everynight. Best wishes to all of us.
