I think so. I always feel good when I do things for other people. Some say I do a bit too much but it makes me feel good and when I can share things or stuff I like to do that. So yes it makes me feel very good to do good for others. Yes indeedee.

There are many ways we can do to feel good.
We can watch good movies, do sports, went
shopping and others. But the most rewarding
thing is that when you help someone. People
will appreciate it. That is feel good.

It does make me feel good to help other people. I volunteered to help out at the Special Olympics one year, and it was the most rewarding experience you could possibly imagine. I was scared at first and I got this grown man who drooled really badly which scared me at first too, but everything he did amazed me, and I was so very proud of him. He walked away that day with 5 metals, and he was so happy and had such a wonderful time. By the end of the day, I was wiping up drool and had no problem doing it. Helping him, and seeing how happy he was with every little accomplishment was just amazing. I went home that day feeling really good.

Hello,
No I did not get one and I have not since a kid . My mom always ask me to go with her and get one of those free ones , but i dont think I could wait in that line . I should get one because my system is weak and I am always sick in the winters . Something I think I will look into It helps my mom , but at first you get sick after the shot (not too too sick ) but then you are good to go .
Take care

I do believe on that saying. Doing good things can bring us joy. Not only to the person we helped but also for ourself. We can feel the contentment within us by just simply doing things that we may think good for us to make.
By just simply doing household chores, or following our parents, we can feel that we did right. Happy posting!

I think that it does people good to help others out. I think in the end feeling that our contributions to our fellow man are appreciated satisfies something deep within us. Ayn Rand (an author) did not believe in altruism, but I think she missed something integral to humanity. We are pack animals. Yes, we're all individualistic, but at our core, we like being with others of our own kind. That makes helping the pack (humanity) feel so good. In the end, we're helping ourselves. The success of humanity depends not only on our abilities to be ourselves, but also our ability to be part of the collective.
For me, the holiday season is a great example of this. I've noticed, over the years, that people are nicer at this time. How the current economic trends will affect that, I don't know. But right now, the spirit of thinking of others is reigning supreme around us (in the U.S.)
