I can't, although I do break eggs and fry eggs always, I'm still not good in breaking eggs. Sometimes, the yolk will still break if I break the eggs too hard. I saw people in the restaurant can break eggs easily and fast with just one hand, I really hope I can do that. It's so convenient!

hi kaka:
I like eat eggs very much. So I break it a lot of times. I can break it with one hand. It is not a easy thing when you break it at the start time. But when you break it too many times ,you will find it is very easy.I hope you success quickly.

I used to be a breakfast cook at a small family owned restaraunt.
So I was very good at breaking eggs one after another with just one hand.
It gets to be very easy with practice.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!

I'm not capable of breaking an egg with one hand. I have tried it before but it just doesn't work for me. I have to use both hands and then I have to end up prying the egg shell apart because it won't come apart otherwise.

Me either, i can't break the egg with one hand too. I always see the chef does this from the cooking programme, it really impresses me. I hope i can do the same too. I always break the eggs into a bowl first, then just put it on the pan, just avoid the egg shell from falling directly on the pan. I think practice makes everything perfect, but i have no 'heart' to practise this, even though it will save my time from washing the bowl.

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji,
I feel sorry to dis-appoint you, but I have never eaten any kind of eggs, nor handled them, accidently by mistake, I might have broken them during tour of my service career. Off-course some times, i have taken cakes prepared out of eggs. may God bless You and have a great time.

I did it for the first time this thanksgiving weekend! Problem was that after I did the first one with no problems I got a little too brave and sure of myself. After that, I managed to still do it, but then I had quite a few pieces of eggshell to go fish out of the eggs. I guess I just need to go more slowly and practice.

The guys in the restaurant are experienced as they break many eggs everyday. Besides it is cumbersome for them to dirty their hands as they have to work very fast. If you want to be like them buy 50 eggs everyday and practice breaking them with one hand. In the beginning you will not be very good but with a lot of practice I am sure you will be better than the restaurant guys..
PS: Please let me know if you try this method and in how many days you become perfect.
