Have you watch the Prom Night?

Here is what movie about: Donna (Brittany Snow) has been looking forward to her senior prom for as long as she can remember, anticipating a night of magic surrounded by her best friends. But what she doesn't bargain for is a visitor from her dark past and a party that will end in murder. Donna and her friends find themselves fighting to escape the clutches of a deranged killer before the night of their dreams turns into their worst nightmare.
I just finished watching it and i can tell you guys that you don't miss anything if you don' watch it. Typical murder movie 2 stars over 10!

Sounds really scary. I like to watch these types of movies early in the day, or even in the morning that way I forget about them by time I go to bed at night.
I haven't seen this one yet, and not sure I'll get a chance until it comes out on regular television. Thanks for the analysis! It's always good to get a review before deciding whether or not to watch something.

Two modern horror movies that i would recommend are Vacancy as well as Wolf Creek, also the Orphanage is definetly worth a watch. I am very picky with my Horror movies and truthfully those are the only 3 that have moved me at all in the last 5 years.

I totally agree with you these 3 movies you suggested are great movies and never watched these kind of movies for a looong time but actually Wolf Creek is made me so weird i will never watch this movie again because it was very jarring. I saw it in theaters and thought that it was terrible as a horror movie. I saw people actually afraid when I was predicting everything that was going to happen and was actually laughing at what was happening. It was a dreadful horror movie waste of me buying the ticket.

Thank you for possibly saving me some money on the DVD rental and definitely the time it would take to even start watching this! I like some horror movies if they're well made and truly scary and not just gory but I especially thought I'd like to see this movie because I really liked Brittany Snow a lot in American Dreams. Now it will have to be a totally boring night (since I don't have to worry about getting too scared...lol!) with nothing else to do or watch for me to even think about watching this one.

Prom Night is a complete failure! The movie makes you laugh instead of scaring you. Although it emphasizes on child molestation issue, it is very poorly and unrealistically potrayed. The performances are pathetic and script even more! 1 out of 10 stars!
