What is the best Washer brand?

I am about to buy a new laundry washer and I wanted to know which is the best brand. I ran through many user reviews etc...I was able to extract teh following conclusions: -Meile are somehow the best but expensive. -Whirlpool duet series are one of the best plus whirlpool has the highest market share -LG and GE are recommended here and there. I can say that i am lost now and I wish someone can give me a good advice. Thanks, Mark
