How do you take a break from ur regular work??

I am in a teaching profession so I am not following the 8-hour work everyday. We have our own schedule which we have to follow and my break time is different from my colleagues. I am lucky to have this kind of work because I can do anything I want during my break, I can watch TV, play computer or even sleep if I want as long I am doing my job properly and I can submit reports on time. Also, I don't have to go to work on weekends unless it is my decision to do so and if the classes are suspended, it means no work for us. There is only one problem in my job though, there are certain occasions requiring us to render a 12 hour or more in school like preparing for a program or the graduation but this is very seldom that we don't took notice of it at all.

I am one those lucky ones in this universe who loves his work and whose work responds to him. This was not always the case, I could not get any kind of meaningful work that gave me money. Now, I work on the farm and daily I see changes and I make plans for more changes. Work does not make me tense. Cheers!!

I play with kids of watch tv to just get relexed from my daily work

I work at home and I take a break by going out to town on weekends to meet some friends for coffee or some good time. Or I just head to some forums where I get to meet some friends for some quick chat posts. A long break for me would be a weekend at the beach, or just simply spending time with the family. But these ventures are quite expensive. As much as possible I try to catch those short breaks than those long ones.
