I write it and read it. Poetry to me is a good thing because I look for certain topics to read or write. When i write it tends to help me get things off of my mind.

I write poetry nearly daily. It's not always good, but I write it to preserve my sanity. I don't read as much poetry as I should. I know reading it would improve my understanding of the craft, but I lack the discipline to devote myself to doing it. I will check out your site, though.
