Will machines ever rule over us?

Do you think machines one day will be as smart as us or even exceed human intelligence and will rule the world like they show in movies like The Terminator and The Matrix ?

This can happen in the future. but we are all somewhat alert on these things. so we can prevent it.But its possible.

i dont think its possible to the extent they show in movies..so what possibility do you see, i mean how do u imagine that it would ever be possible ?
