How Much Do You Know About AlertPay?

I know a lot about PayPal but I don't know much about AlertPay. Do you? I know that many of you here likes to make money through PTC sites so I am sure many of you have had experience receiving payments online through AlertPay. How does AlertPay compare with PayPal? Is there any disadvantages of using AlertPay when compared to PayPal? If there is, what are they? What about in terms of withdrawing our funds into our local bank account? Is there anything that can distract that process? Or is AlertPay just as good as PayPal? Hope you can clarify to me on this.
