Yiruma's River Flows In You (Bella's Lullaby by Twilight)

Were you aware of the 'scandal' that Twilight wanted to use River Flows In You that was composed and played by Yiruma to be used as Twilight's soundtrack??
Personally, i'm a Yiruma fan, and i totally disagreed with that. I even had some discussion with my friends who are Twilight fans.
But alas, it was said that they changed it; that they produced their own music. However, there were opinions that the Bella's Lullaby now being played cannot be compared to the beauty of Yiruma's River Flows In you.
What do you think??

Personally I love the one they used, so if the one they werent allowed to use was even better, then holyyy. I wouldnt really care if they used a song that was already originally made by a composer, to use it in a movie.It wouldnt offend me or anyhting, after all, its ONLY for a movie. It would havce made the song more popular, thats all.

Yeah, i do agree with you to a certain extend.
Just that, perhaps, people like me has already develop very special memories with his musics that has got very special occasions that has Yiruma's musics in it. That's why i see Yiruma's musics as something 'sacred' because of the above said reasons.
...and probably, this is why i felt that this scaredness is being challenged by these obstacles.
