Dear Friends
I ever wonder how and from where dreams starts coming to mind suddenly when we are sleeping ?
Who is running our dreams/picutres when we are sleeping, some of you will say dreams comes from our mind ,so in that case who is operating our mind when we are sleeping so logically ?
Some people says some of the dreams are true .
Are Dreams True?
Thanks
Ganesh

I think dreams are subconcious fears. I had a really bad one last night and I hope it never happens.

They say that dreams are the activities of the subconscious mind and I see no reason to disbelieve this. Cheers!!

As said they are the desire that you might not be able to complete in your real life. And also they are the desire that you want to complete in the near future. They serve as the aim in life that you ought to complete

Hi friend,
Generally some times dreams come true some not.It all comes because our mind thinks while we sleep too.If you are fully tired, than you won't get dreams otherwise you brain thinks some thing or other. It all depends upon the activities we do on that day. This is what happens going on in each and every one's life i suppose.
Have a nice day

Some of the dreams are true, some are warnings. Some are visions of past events and places mixed up together. Some dreams are what would have happened in your life had things gone different (I get many of those dreams.) Some are dreams of the future. (I dreamed that I was in this house that had three storeys and was walking down a street with these old fashioned boarding type houses and I went to Saskatoon and saw those same houses. I dreamed we were going past this lovely place with trees, and grass and we did. But usually you cannot tell if the dream was of the past or the future or whether it was those movies you saw. Dreams are sorting out things in your head but instead of using words, it is in moving pictures.
I do know with the warning dream about my health, if I dream I am at a dentist, I had better make an appointment the next day because something is wrong.

When you sleep it is your body that needs the rest, your brain keeps working, as your brain cannot 'speak' to you it gives you symbols in dreams but it is up to you to decipher them, or someone who caan decipher them. You are right a lot of people do have 'dreams' come true this is called premonition and happens to those who are sensitive to these things, I do have the gift of premonition and have had many a dream happen or the situation has happened, sometime to do with my own life or other times to others...littleowl

An interesting question.haha, i read some books on dreams last year. According to the books,we dream everyday.maybe lots dreams per night, but most dreams are lost when we get up. dreams partly ture, bcz they come from our minds ,our thoughts which inside our brains or deep inside our hearts.
sleeping has two steps, the first one is called light sleep, and then deep sleep.
Ooops,it's really a hard and complex question to answer.
If u like, u can find some websites on dreams or brain.
(*^_^*)best wishes

I love dreams! and the whole concept of dreams! I think we weave our dreams from the different events and thinking of our day(s).. but sometimes I think something or someone outside of our self sends us a spirit dream [a sort of powerful spiritual message from (to me) God, even if we don't always understand it!] I also think sometimes they can be precognitive, for I think our minds are better able to see where we - or some thing - is headed, than we give ourselves credit for. I like to try my hand at interpreting dreams and on some days will head over to "yahoo answers" and spend some time interpreting dreams if anyone has posted any.. haven't been over there for a long time though..

Hello, Ganesh44.
Dreams are something like religion: everybody will have a different belief about them. As for me, I personally think that dreams are run by our subconscious while we are sleeping. We are sleeping, but our body is still working. We grow and our heart keeps beating, and we keep breathing, and why should it be different with our mind? When we sleep, though, we do not control it. Our subconscious sends message with the information that can be gathered from our life. If you have already heard about the beach, you may dream about it. If you have already heard about dying, you may dream about it. You may dream about anything that you have heard about, even if you don't know what it is. However, you cannot dream of something you have never heard about. Have you ever dreamed about halunin, for example? Of course not. You have never heard about halunin, and your mind cannot send you a message that is unknown.
If you get too emotional, your mind may also make you dream about something that triggers your feelings.
Dreams, in my opinion, are not true at all. In your dream, you will love somebody you love and you will hate people you hate. You keep the same. You will be yourself, even if it is in a different body. But it doesn't mean that the entire dream is true.
Respectfully,
Munhozmib.

Ganesh,
In my opinion, I think that one dreams of something you last saw, for example the movie you watched last night, something stays in your mind, and I think that's what you dreams. other than that, I don't think dreams are real, we just dream and why we dream is something we can't control

Hello my friend Ganesh44 Ji,
First of all upto certain level, I have belief in my dreams. I think, dreams are reflections of our un-quenched desires, which keep repeating. Even we are at sleep, but only body takes rest, rest or some vital organs keep functioning and keep haunting our desires. many times I imagined certain things in my concious state and could not be full-filled due to various reasons, however, after i got dremt, it was full-filled, that means dreams are indications as well.may God full-fill all your dreams and have a great time.
