Have you ever noticed that when things are going well, something seems to slap you down, pull the rug out from under you, or kick you in the stomach? Why is that? I know that bad things happen, I do live in the real world. Just curious as to how you feel about that? Thanks! Merry Christmas!

Yeah, I think things like that happen so that we don't get to full of ourselves...a little defeat only makes the victories sweeter.

I think that what goes up must come down. Life is like a ferris wheel sometimes your at the top and sometimes your at the bottom. Its how you handle it is what matters. How do you handl3e the situation when you are down do you stay positve? how about when you are at the top do you think that nothing can bring you down?

When I'm feeling down due to stress or situations, I usually try to laugh a lot at the whole thing. Humor is a great medicine, I have friends and family that are there for me too! When things are good, I cherish every moment!

Hi RitaGreen. I know what you mean. When I was in school, I just dont mind some things that ruin my day or worse made me down. Maybe its because Im shielded by friends and family whom my safety net. After I finished school, its just like so many bad things happened that knocked me off. Lucky enough because Im strong emotionally and psychologically. And when you pull right the strings and seems everything is heading to a better life, another life's throwbacks. Argh! Sometimes I think I am jinx. Well as they say life is a constant struggle. Thus I have this life's mantra that I shouldnt let myself wallow with problems. After all life is a rolercoaster ride. Have a merry Christmas too.
