do you knowingly have fake friends??

I was wondering if you knowingly have fake friends, but keep them around for when your bored and have nothing better to do??? It seems mean, but i know that a few of my 'friends' talk about me behind my back, dont invite me to holiday parties n such. I dont really consider them friends at all but keep them in arms reach incase im bored.. which doesnt happen much i tell u. Also they dont seem to just go away. because i can do without them. So my question is do u have friends who u know are fake n they just stick around for who knows what reason?! lol
