Ever seen ...or know what a " LIGER" is?

I saw this video the other day about the mating of a Male TIGER with a female LION.
So you see this gives birth to a LIGER as they are calling it.
The animal is much BIGGER then your average Tiger or Lion and it seems Sciencetists cant explain why.
The animal is way longer taller and weights over 800lbs.
Its a Magnificant beast really beutifull!
Should you want a look at what I mean maybe punch in "liger" on you tube or google.

Hello!
I am very happy that I found people that know about this hybrid-animal. I saw it in a documentary film about wild predators on national geographic and i was shocked at first to see how big it was. Scientist cannot explain how did the liger get so big. I would also like to see one of these animals live.

I haven't seen one in person myself, but I hear alot of zoo's are getting them. As you said its a cross between a tiger and a lion. They are pretty amazing. Hopefully out local zoo here will get one soon. :)

I have heard of a Liger before but I haven't seen pictures of it yet. That is strange that it would be bigger. I wonder if it has a different temperament then a lion or tiger. I'll have to go check out some pictures of one to see what they look like.
