What was your college major and do you work in the field you majored?

My 2yr degree was in apparel marketing. Apparently a big waste of time & come to find out probably one of the bogus degree's mentioned on the news. As I was hoping to become a retail buyer but found out there were next to NO opportunities here for such a job nor for someone with only a 2yr degree. So basically I went to college to work frig'n retail. I'd like to go back but I don't have a particular liking to anyone field and I'm not really very good at any particular hobby or anything that would direct me twards a career I'd be happy with. As I've asked my hubby..."so what am I good at?" his reply... "dunno, making cute babies?"

hi! I am from China. I majored in politics. I graduated from college half a year ago. My job is something related to hotels. In China, many companies employ students according to their major. Our major is not welcomed by the companies. So many of us find jobs in other fields.
