I recently signed up on constantcontent and attempted to publish a few articles. So far, they have all been rejected. 1st of all, due to including websites as references. 2nd for submitting an article in the first person and now because of comma use. I proof read every article numerous times and I feel I have a pretty good grammar skills, but to anyone new I suggest not relying on your word processors. Use a grammar checking site to help. I just reposted an article I revised and hopefully it gets accepted, but if not I'm giving up on that site.

I have an account with Constant Content and I never write anything for them. I just keep the account to get the call emails so I can use those for article ideas on Associated Content...
The reason I never write for them is because of their editing policies (and the $50 payout minimum which is next to impossible to reach - I got paid twice in four years). The phrase "comma use" is probably one of my most hated phrases in the English language because of them. Is the problem that I use too many, not enough, in the wrong places? Where are you seeing this "comma use" problem so I can show you in a syntax text book that it's not wrong (or I can fix the typo)? I'm not a grammar expert but I am pretty swell at it - I got A's in my syntax classes and only went on test days and I was a writing tutor for 4 years of college, working with high school students and ESL students, two of the most comma-happy groups of people there are.
I also saw other writers on CC sell an article every stinking day so I guess it's subjective, just like everything else. Of course I had twenty referrals and only one ever sold anything so.....

Good luck with getting accepted, but if you had read their rules, which are very clear and specific, you wouldn't have had the first two rejections. I haven't written for them yet because I have so much writing to do for other sites, but I know that they're the strictest site on the web about spelling and the mechanics of writing. After all, they're not paying you, their clients are, and CC needs to know that their authors are the very best and aren't going to give them a bad reputation with people who want to buy content. Maybe your latest submission will be your golden ticket.

I have tried this site some time ago. I submitted two like and both got rejected for some silly reasons. I did not think that the site will work for me after that and left it. You have asked to use grammar checker. It does not work really other than to correct some major errors. If you know any good grammar checker site, Please tell me. I am interested in knowing it.
