How many of you have tried the My Alli program? Did you have any side effects? I tried it and lost about 30 pounds but money is tight right now so I had to stop and have since gained that weight back. I am looking to get back on that program or a different one but I have to make some money first. When I was on it, it was pretty rough the first few days but I got use to it and did pretty well. My shirts and pants were all loose for the first time since having kids and I didn't really have any of the side effects which was a bonus.

I'm glad to see Alli worked for you. But, it goes to show that a lifestyle change is really the only way to keep the weight off long term. I worked really hard after giving birth to my daughter to lose the weight. Proper diet and exercise helped me accomplish this. I am pregnant again and plan to keep up the exercising and watch what I eat throughout this pregnancy. I gained 35 pounds with my first child and hope to keep this one at about 25. Good luck getting the weight off again!
