family

I have one older brother and one younger sister. I very rarely see my brother anymore because he is in the army and does not live in my hometown anymore. But when he did live here I never got along with him. He wasn't a bad guy or anything, but just basically everything that he did annoyed me. For example, I'm not necessarily a neat freak, but I like things to be fairly clean and my brother was an absolute pig when he lived with us. One time his garbage was so disgusting and he refused to take it out for so long that it became infested with maggots. My sister and I usually get along pretty well. We are a lot alike in that we like a lot of hte same things and we almost always have something to talk about. We had our fights at times because I think everyone who spends a lot of time together have their own disagreements from time to time. But for the most part we were very good friends. But even though I odn't always get along with my family when we are living together, we always have a great time when we go out to eat together.

I am the only girl, and the middle child. My older brother is 2 years older than me and my younger one is 12 years younger. I cannot remember any time that we didn't get along, aside from little spats when we were kids. We all know that we are there for each other, no matter what. I feel blessed to have such a close knit family.

I am the oldest in my family as well - but, I only have 1 brother - we are not very close though.
