Tea or coffee,which is the better?

I love both! I used to drink coffee all the time. A half of a pot in the morning and then a cup or two in the afternoon, about 4, to give me a little boost. But, i am pregnant now and have given up coffee as the caffeine isn't healthy for the baby. Now I have a cup of tea in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon too. The afternoon tea is pretty rare as I prefer to take a nap to get an energy boost.

I like coffee, but here, I'm American, most people like coffee better and it's very easy to find.

I prefer tea myself.

It depends on when I drink it. I like my coffee in the morning and my tea at night. Coffee wakes me up whlie tea relaxes me. I feel that they each have a different function, or my body reacts differently to them. They are both a delicious addition to my day.

i like both :) for coffee, i like it with lots of cream. when having tea, if it's black like having it with milk. For fruit infused teas and green, i prefer it plain :)

Well, I think it depends on each person. I love my coffee in the morning. I drink my two cups everyday. I love the smell of it as it perks. I love the taste of it with my favorite coffee creamer. I enjoy drinking it as I read every morning to start my day. However, I also like drinking tea too. I especially like the teas that are non-caffeinated and flavored like the berry flavored teas. I also like drinking tea at night when I need something to warm me up, or when I want to relax and sleep better. So, I would have to say I like both. I also like tea in its other forms like iced tea. This is something I enjoy drinking in the summertime!

I only drink tea. I do not drink coffee. I do not like the taste of coffee.

i think i prefer tea ... but nt green tea .. i hate green tea ... coffee 4 me is jz like sleepin pill .. i cn sleep tight tight after a cup of coffee ....
