Ciao café pays 0/rate as I know. If you write the first review of a product the earnings from the ratings are duplicated. For example when one of your first review of a product is rated helpful, very helpful or excellent and this product was a 0.03 one than you get 0.06per ratings. If you got somewhat helpful or naot helpful (offtopic as well) you dont earn bet your community points decreases.

no. as long as your reviews is more than 120 words and you dun breach their TOS, you will be paid the 25 cents automatically. you will get a few more cents if others read and rated your review. so if no one read, you will earn 25 cents and more if people rate it. the min payout is 5 and you can ask for it thru paypal. they would pay on the 2nd week of the following month after your request at the end of each month
