Growing up as a child, I heard the saying 'hell a top hell a bottom and hallelujah, in the middle'. Been a teenager i had learned that whenever you are baking pudding on Coal-fire, you got to put fire on the top of the baking-tin and fire under bottom of the baking-tin, What do you think?
