i love using condiments but my most favorite one would probably be salt. I think i use salt with all the food that i cook! but i know that too much salt is bad so i make sure that i drink a lot of water :)

Barbecue sauce is probably the main condiment that I would use, if I was only allowed to have one in my fridge. It just goes on so many things, and has such awesome flavour, that I could do away with most of the other stuff. I don't mind my hotdogs with just bbq sauce on them. It goes beautifully on steak and other meat, and well, it's just plain good.

What? I never knew you were not supposed to keep bbq sauce in the fridge...because it says right on the bottle to keep it in the fridge after the seal on the bottle is broken. I would definitely think that you've been misinformed.

My favorite condiment is mustard. I adore yellow mustard. I would eat it on every deli sandwich I've ever ordered. As I have allergies to plastic containers, it's kind of difficult for me to find it now. None of the supermarkets in my area carry yellow mustard in glass jars. I had people mail me mustard. That's how much I like it. When I go home to PA for Christmas, I'm going to buy seven jars and take them all home with me on the train to MA. I figure I'll be in good mustard shape for several years then (except I don't know if it goes bad).

wow, you love it that much huh :) i also love mustard but maybe not as much as you :) I still see mustard in glass jars over here. i actually like bottled stuff better because sometimes the plastic bottles have a certain taste. i also read that plastic isn't good for storing food especially if it will be subject to temperature changes (like it being in and out of the ref or exposed to heat)

Instead of salt, I use light soya sauce. I suppose it's just as bad as salt. I also like to use other condiments like curry powder and pepper as well.

Well, you know, salt is not considered a condiment, it is a spice. So, it might be good for you to pick another choice. As for me, my favorite condiment has to be ketchup. It is not something I use to eat with everything, but it is especially my favorite when I eat fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, and steak. However, I have other favorite condiments too. You could probably say I am a dipper. I like mayonaise for artichokes. I like tartar sauce with fish. I like soy sauce with rice. I like ranch dressing with pizza. I like mustard with corndogs. I also like hot sauce with my eggs. So, I guess you could say I enjoy extra flavoring with my food!

Vinegar. I love putting it on and in things. Salad, dressings, in cooking, etc. I always have a bottle of white and balsamic around.
