What is wrong with my tomato plants?

I got these tomato plants growing from seeds for a month now. at first, they were growing very healthy [or so i thought]. But now, their leaves have these whitish/yellowish thin curvy lines with a few much-thinner black lines in between. Is there a so-called "miner" on my leaves? what is the matter with my plants? how can i remedy this? I'm sure my tomato leaves arent sunburned. also, i noticed that the soil below my plants have somewhat pinkish spongy thin spots on it. is this fungus? please help me. thanks.
