Do you think New Moon will reap the same box office success?

Twilight was a huuuge success, and I thik it created even more fans of the saga. I'm sure New Moon will rake in at least $100 in its opening weekend.

Personally i liked New Moon the least out of the 4 twilight books.. That could be because Edward was missing most of the time. as far as box office success is concerned.. i think it is going to be as successful as twilight if not more. That is because people love to watch what they have read and liked. If u look back the movie, twilight was not that well made... ok now before u start defending think with a clear mind.. Where were the special effects.. n the sound track at some places could definitely have been better.. hope they do a better job with new moon.. i would definitely watch it..

I think this movie has the potential to do better than Twilight in the box office. I think Twilight drew a lot of new fans to the series (me being one) but I really didn't care for the movie adaption. I actually wasn't impressed but I was intrigued by the love story and decided to read the book -- which was a hundred times better. And then I read the other three. Plus it has a bigger budget for the movie. New Moon was my least favorite as well of the series. Not enough Edward. I actually think the with out Edward bit is a bit boring - and wanted to scream "FINALLY" when Alice finally showed up. I am looking forward to the movie a lot considering. I'm hoping they'll gloss over the whole with out Edward bit because it's a long book and once Alice come back and on should take up quite a bit of time - or should.

I watched Twilight as well as reading it and I think that if they produce the New Moon movie in the same way, it mont keep many people interested. The author took a long while to get me wrapped into New moon, so I hope the movie involves more of an anticipation.

twillight is a great movie..i have seen the movie and i have read the book..i like to read books than watching the movie, i m just waiting for the arrival of new moon, infact the whole world is waiting for this movie.. and according to me, new moon will be a great box ofice hit.. happy to respond.. happy mylotting..

I'm looking forward too, even if the Twilight movie really did disappoint me. Anyway, they got a new director, maybe it will be better. Good or bad, I will still watch it.
