CIAO - problem!!!

Just saw this on Ciao: New Incentive System on Ciao! We’ve been slowly changing over to a new, better money-earning system on Ciao, and we’re almost done! We have now completely replaced the earning-per-review plan, and we have launched our Premium Fund as well as increased the payout for our Current Issue section. It now includes a $10 first place and $5 second place prize. We will be introducing more incentives later, and we will keep you up-to-date with these changes. Although the $0.25 per review incentive is gone, we think you’ll be very happy to learn about one of the new features, our Premium Fund. We’ll be distributing $2,000 USD to the writers of the best reviews on Ciao each month – about 800 reviews will be considered. Only opinions written in the previous month will be eligible. The first batch of reviews to be considered will be from this past November. The five best reviews will receive $20 each, and a diamond symbol will appear next to the review title. We hope you enjoy our new system, and we hope to see more of your reviews in our community! And I was devoting so much time to it because I was able to make more money there each day than other places. I hate that they have changed it.

On Ciao UK, you get paid when other members read and rate your reviews. I should imagine this is what happens world-wide. If non-members read your reviews, I don't get paid. So the way it works, is I read, rate and comment on other users reviews and they do the same for me. I have three reviews written and in the past two weeks have only earned £2 (English Pounds) - about 4 dollars. It's slow but you need to build up a large group of friends and read each others reviews.. Hope this helps... Derek

is it true that in ciao you need to have a review which is at least 120 words or something? im not a good writer so it would take me a lot of time to write but i will still try using ciao. at least here in mylot, even a short post will do and will give you earnings too.

I wish i could share something but i never been active at Ciao, i'am a member but i think ciao is not for me. I hope they will credit what have lost in you. Take care!

i have the same problem too, my earnings went down from $5.15 to $4.97, and i was like wondering why it happened, maybe there is just some technical problem going on with the site or something like that, but i know that CIAO is really a good site.
