I think there is also the traditional hamon de bola and queso de bola. My mother, in additional to the ham and cheese, used to prepare hot chocolate, sopas (creamy chicken macaroni soup), some loaf bread, fruits. I am really excited for noche buena. I will surely be very full that night.

In our family we always have pasta. most of the time spaghetti. We have fiesta ham. I love the ham that my sister in law ordered from their neighbor. It has a honey sauce. We eat the ham either with rice of loaf bread with mayonnaise. We usually have barbeque and roast chicken. We also have fruit salad or buco pandan for dessert. This christmas aside from our usual dessert we plan to add oreo cheesecake.
