How do you register for paypal if you're a student? O.o I need help...XD

I think you can register as long as you have a bank account. There might be another way but using a bank account is usually how people do it.

Uhm, I already have a bank account now, but unfortunately, the bank I chose still has to establish its connections with PayPal...:((
